【大師講堂-失智症研究前沿系列講座】

主題	Fluid Biomarker and Neuroimaging Profile of Mild Cognitive Impairment in Southeast Asians Kandiah Nagaendran 博士是一位資深神經學家，專攻認知神經學和血管神經學。他的主要研究方向是輕度認知障礙、腦血管疾病在阿茲海默症、帕金森氏症認知障礙和額頭顳葉失智症中的影響。專注於開發新穎的生物標記和介入措施，結合流體生物標記、神經影像和神經認知測試組合來研究阿茲海默症、血管性失智和其他相關的神經退化性疾病。他目前擔任新加坡李光前醫學院失智症研究中心主任，以及新加坡國家神經科學研究所失智症計畫主任，並積極參與與失智症相關的培訓工作，擔任東南亞神經認知研究和培訓聯盟主席。此外，他還是新加坡衛生部失智症臨床實踐指南的主席。 Dr. Kandiah Nagaendran is a senior neurologist specializing in cognitive neurology and vascular neurology. His primary research focuses on the impact of mild cognitive impairment and cerebrovascular disease on Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease dementia, and frontotemporal dementia. He focuses on developing novel biomarkers and interventions, combining fluid biomarkers, neuroimaging, and neuropsychological tests to study Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, and other related neurodegenerative diseases. He is currently the director of the Dementia Research Center at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine in Singapore and the head of the Dementia Program at the National Neuroscience Institute in Singapore. He is actively involved in dementia-related training and serves as the chairman of the Southeast Asian Consortium for Neuropsychology Research and Training. In addition, he is the chairman of the Clinical Practice Guidelines on Dementia for the Ministry of Health in Singapore.
